Our programs will impact more than 5,800 executive, management, office and maintenance personnel. Our solutions include training programs consisting of both custom built and tailored materials, and field-ready developmental and applications support tools. CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield We were engaged by CareFirst Blue Cross Blue Shield to consult with their executive sales management team. The project: advise senior management on the development and launch of an organization-wide mentorship program for its sales organization. As a critical part of the program's kickoff, we were additionally asked to develop and deliver a mentoring workshop for the inaugural group of Mentors and Protégées. Freddie Mac As part of its Sales Success Program, a professional development initiative for internal sales candidates, Freddie Mac engaged us to teach their participants our Building a Winning Time Management Plan. The firm also purchased a large quantity of The Sales Mentor™ as an ongoing training resource for its participants. Harrah's Entertainment Harrah's purchased a large quantity (more than 100) of The Sales Mentor™ for its VIP Marketing Managers. The book is being utilized as a pre-training reading resource for their management training program. US Postal Service The US Postal Service purchased a quantity of The Sales Mentor™ for review by their sales executives, managers and trainers. Ball State University Ball State University's Center for Selling Excellence purchased The Sales Mentor™ for students in its advance selling curriculum. The Sales Mentor™ has been placed in its regular teaching rotation and will be used in an alternating capacity with Neil Rackham's bestseller, Spin Selling.
